A Southern California native with a creative spirit, Jacqui embarked on her hairstyling journey in 2001. She honed her craft with the renowned Toni & Guy, where she trained as a color specialist. Her skills quickly propelled her to Daniel Michael Salon in San Juan Capistrano, where she became a vital member of the color training team. Early in her career, Jacqui felt a calling to master hair extensions. Years of training in various methods culminated in her discovery of Natural Beaded Rows (NBR). Witnessing the transformative effects on her clients' hair, she knew this was the method she wanted to champion. This passion led her to join the NBR flagship salon, DKW Styling in Laguna Beach, where she not only thrived but also took on a pivotal role as a coach and mentor for the brand’s student base.
The birth of her son ignited a new sense of purpose and creativity in Jacqui. It was the catalyst she needed to carve out her own unique space in the hairstyling world, leading to the creation of The Temple. At The Temple, Jacqui has crafted a sanctuary of luxury hair services in a hip yet unpretentious setting, offering an unparalleled experience for clients seeking top-notch service and personalized care.
Outside the salon, Jacqui and her husband Drew are true connoisseurs of life. They are avid travelers and music enthusiasts who relish the beauty of the beach, savoring delectable meals, and cherishing quality family time.
